Cookie policy

The short version: we do not use tracking or advertising cookies. What we use is local storage, which stays on your own device only.

The difference between cookies and local storage

Cookies are automatically sent with every request to a server, while local storage stays inside your browser only and is never transmitted to any server. Manarty relies almost entirely on local storage for exactly this reason: stronger privacy and better speed.

What we store locally in your browser

  • Your dark/light mode preference: saved so it applies automatically on your next visit.
  • Some tools' data: such as the timetable you build in the "Schedule Builder" tool, or cached date-conversion results kept briefly to speed up repeated lookups of the same date. This data stays on your device only and can be cleared from your browser settings at any time.

None of the above is ever sent to our servers or to any third party.

Advertising or tracking cookies

Manarty does not use any cookies for targeted advertising or to track your behaviour across other websites.

Analytics tools

We may use an analytics tool to understand which pages are visited most, in aggregate and anonymised form, never linked to you personally. If this tool sets simple technical cookies, they carry no personally identifying information.

Controlling local storage

You can clear Manarty's local storage data at any time through your browser's privacy settings (usually under "Clear browsing data" or "Manage site data"), and the tools will return to their default settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, and any change will be published on this page.
